Whether you’re creating a world premiere opera or launching a radical nonprofit, my question is the same: what motivated you to share this project with the world in the first place? If you’re an artist, we’ll work backwards from there, applying this dramaturgical lens towards how you structure your piece, hire collaborators, and pitch your work towards its debut. If you’re a nonprofit, same deal: we’ll draw upon your intention to create mission-driven strategies toward growth, organizational infrastructure, fundraising, and communication with donors.
Leveraging experiences in artistic, development, and communications departments at arts organizations of all sizes, I’ll create and execute an action plan that’s tailored to your needs.
